We source beautiful and unique pieces and connect you directly to the seller. By purchasing an access link you will receive a .pdf file with a link to the sellers ad. You can then contact the seller and request to buy the item.

Registration

To get started, sign up for an account on one of the designated selling platforms. Keep in mind that to complete the registration process, you'll need a telephone number from one of the European Economic Areas to verify your account.

For non-English websites, we recommend using the Chrome browser with Google Translate for a smoother experience.

Communication

When reaching out to a seller, it's best to communicate in the language of the platform. For instance, if you're contacting a seller on a German marketplace, use German in your communication. Some sellers may not be comfortable with English or might find it unusual. In such cases, we recommend using deepl.com for accurate translation assistance.

Payment

After reaching an agreement with the seller, proceed to make the payment for the item. If the seller is willing to ship the item, be prepared to cover the shipping fees. For a secure transaction, we suggest using Paypal to safeguard yourself from possible scams. It's important to note that the seller might request you to cover any Paypal fees linked to the transaction. Shipment

If the seller agrees to ship the item, make sure to ask them to package it securely. You can share this link with tips for better packaging. After the item is shipped, request the tracking number and patiently await the arrival of your shipment.

If you opt for the item to be collected by a driver, ensure you have the seller's address and telephone number. Provide the seller with a specified day and time for the collection, and also share the contact details of the driver for coordination.

Damages

It's important to note that sellers often do not take responsibility if an item arrives damaged. In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, the buyer must initiate a damage report at their local post office and proactively work towards resolving the issue.

Where do you ship? 

Domestic and International

How long does shipping take?

Allow 1-2 weeks for order to be processed and shipped. At least one week for domestic shipping. Approx. 1-4 weeks for international shipping depending on the destination.

How will the item be packaged?

If we can we like to reuse packaging material and/or use environmentally friendly packaging material.

Items until 120x60x60cm will be skillfully wrapped and shipped

in a cardboard box.

Items bigger than 120x60x60cm have to be collected or will have to be wrapped and/or wood-crated by a specialized transportation company.

When can I collect my order?

Please collect your order within 14 days after placing it.

Do you accept returns?

All products purchased in the showroom are final sale. Please make sure to double check the product description. 

We accept returns for all products purchased online. Just contact us within 10 days after delivery and return within 10 days after delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ‘Moho is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Are all items second hand?

All items are previously owned however not all items are used.
